J&rsquo;aime les biblioth\u00e8ques et je suis sensible \u00e0 l&rsquo;architecture ovale de ce lieu.<\/p>\n<p>Le plan de l\u2019\u00e9glise ovale <em>San Carlo alle quatro fontane<\/em> \u00e0 Venise, de Francesco Borromini, contenant le symbole de l&rsquo;infini (\u221e) a orient\u00e9 mon travail. Je suis sensible \u00e0 ce symbole \u00e0 la fois divin, philosophique et math\u00e9matique qui raconte l&rsquo;histoire de la pens\u00e9e humaine. Or toute Biblioth\u00e8que est le temple sacr\u00e9 du livre et de la m\u00e9moire humaine. Ce symbole trouve donc naturellement sa place dans mon travail pour la BU.<\/p>\n<p>Mais comment affronter l&rsquo;infini, si ce n&rsquo;est avec un peu d&rsquo;humour ou de fa\u00e7on concr\u00e8te par la graphie du symbole ? Car l&rsquo;infini nous renvoie d&rsquo;abord \u00e0 notre finitude, \u00e0 nos limites mat\u00e9rielles et spirituelles.<\/p>\n<p>Des biblioth\u00e8ques, r\u00e9elles ou non, apparaissent dans de nombreuses \u0153uvres de fiction, dont \u00ab\u00a0la Biblioth\u00e8que de Babel\u00a0\u00bb de Jorge Luis Borges, qui m&rsquo;inspire au travers de concepts d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s dans sa fiction : l&rsquo;infini math\u00e9matique et les mots caract\u00e9risant l&rsquo;infini ou son contraire. Je pr\u00e9sente deux opuscules dont le titre reprend une phrase de la fiction : <em>parler, c&rsquo;est tomber dans la tautologie<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Kose i tomb dan&rsquo; tautologie est la\u00a0<\/em>superposition des quatres\u00a0graphies de l&rsquo;ile de la R\u00e9union (latine, arabe, hindi, chinoise) et h\u00e9bra\u00efque, clin d&rsquo;\u0153il au mythe de Babel.<\/p>\n<p>A la mani\u00e8re d&rsquo;une pseudo biblioth\u00e8que, je pr\u00e9sente mes archives personnelles dont certaines \u0153uvres sont issues, comme <em>horizon<\/em>, sept volumes r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en r\u00e9sidence d&rsquo;artiste au Lyc\u00e9e technique L\u00e9on de L\u00e9pervanche du Port, avec les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de CAP Carrosserie\/ Peinture en 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Infini et \u00e9ternit\u00e9 sont intimement li\u00e9s dans <em>une minute de l&rsquo;infini au carr\u00e9, \u00e0 remettre souvent \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure<\/em>.
